2 cups water
1/2 head spinach
1 head romain lettuce
1/2 lemon (juice only)
3 or 4 sticks celery
1 banana
1 pear
1 apple
Blend to liking.
Mix and match your greens and fruit(kale, arugula, chard, etc), just avoid using melons, they don’t combine well with other produce.
Keeps 2.5 days covered and refrigerated.
Great to see a health-infused smoothie that can be created from basic household items. Interested in seeing how well this one sits with me– not the biggest smoothie fan but might actually try it out just from how simple it sounds.
