4 Problems with Animal Products

Animal products and processed foods are deficient and often devoid of vitamins, minerals, fiber, water, and phytochemicals while estrogen, protein, cholesterol, and saturated fats are being over consumed – knowing this, dinner is like choosing cancer over heart disease.

A plant-based diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes will provide you with sufficient amounts of iron, without exposing you to all of the health hazards associated with eating animal products.
