Ingredients:
2 Egg Whites
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1/2 Banana Mashed
Handful of Fresh/Frozen Blueberries (fruit of your liking)
Directions:
Mix together the egg whites, protein powder, milk, cinnamon and ground flaxseed. Mash the banana and add your fresh/frozen blueberries.
Spray pan with olive oil cooking spray. Cook one side on medium heat until you see little bubbles. Flip and cook on the other side until middle is done.
